Root Beer made with medicinal roots, bark and Chaga mushrooms. We waited until October for this brew because the combination of roots, bark and mushrooms compliments the autumn energy. It is earthy, grounding and designed to support the body and mind for fall. Sassafras and sarsaparilla are the two most prominent flavors. Sarsaparilla is a blood purifier, anti oxidant and soothes joint pain. Sassafras strengthens the immune system and relieves adrenal stress.

The other ingredients we used in our brew-

*Ginger: increases serotonin and dopamine levels. This is important for mental health as we turn towards the darker part of the year. Ginger is most well known for its support of the digestive system and regulating blood pressure.

*Licorice root: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial.It eases upper respiratory infections, treats ulcers, aides digestion and beneficial for a leaky gut.

*Chaga mushrooms: high in antioxidants, immune boost, reduces stress and increases energy. Our Chaga was foraged sustainably in Oregon.

*Dandelion root: supports liver function and bile production to the aid the body in detox. It supports the growth and maintenance of healthy gut bacteria in your digestive tract

*Birch bark: reduces inflammation, supports joint health. Supports the liver and gallbladder in detox.

*Star anise: an antioxidant power house, supports immune function and hormone regulation
